The staff were some of the friendliest we’ve ever encountered from setting us breakfast in different locations in the property to making sure we made our train on time during a downpour, they were fantastic. "Everything was just ok. We stayed at several other hotels for the same price that were excellent so this one was a bit of a disappointment. The room was very small, the shower backed up and the breakfast was pretty basic. No super rating from us. On a positive note, we were able to check in a early, which we very much appreciated. "
