"Room is very clean, bed is comfortable, shower stall is small (standard for Europe) but shower pressure is awesome. Slipper provided, our room has a nice balcony with partial view of ocean and thermal pool. Water provided in room is not free. Pool towel is not free, cost 5 euros to rent and pool cap cost 2 euros. Pool cap is required for pool use. Breakfast is has lots of choices from sweets to eggs and bacon, yogurt, salad and fruits. However, fresh squeezed OJ cost 3 euros. Location is excellent, next to gelato shop with live piano music, with lots of other shops along the same street. I would stay again! "

"Such a charming hotel. The pool/spa and beach access were amazing and maintained very well. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I hope to return. Highly recommend. Hotel is away from all the crowds making it very peaceful and quiet. "

"Excellent breakfast and helpful ladies at reception. Didn’t use the pool on 5th floor but relaxing, reading and enjoying the view up there was just lovely. Central position of the hotel on the harbour made it easy to take the ferries and go to restaurants and bars. Downside : very noisy with tourists until late in the night, traffic, Vespas and at 5 am rubbish collection. No aircon so you had to open the windows to breathe. Luckily though, no heatwave in April. Get a room on higher floors or at the back."

"The location is great but lot of the service don’t work the restaurant was closed for lunch or dinner ,the phone in the room didn’t work but charged 4 euro to bring the breakfast in the room but I had to go downstairs !! If you wanted a pool towel they wanted ten euro a day mmm"
