"Although the outside and lobby area looks beautiful and well kept. On your way to your room, you notice that the corridors are not air conditioned. When you enter your room, you must place your hotel key into the card reader on the wall to turn on the air conditioning in your room. If you just arrived later in the evening after a long hot day, the last you want is to wait for your room to cool down. Otherwise the breakfast was wonderful. The added fresh Thai tea cart was wonderful. The staff are wonderful as well. The added bonus for the Central Udon is that the Centra is attached and beckons the call of the tourist to spend their money."
"Lack of iron in room means that you have to pay for the pressing service! This isn’t always convenient and it adds unnecessary cost to your stay. Very large room- Royal suite with plenty of free drinking water.
Furniture is a bit outdated and corridors and public areas don’t have AC.
The staff were excellent, very helpful and efficient.
Would be happy to stay again."
"My only complaint at the end of my stay was the fact that I had to leave. Everyone here was amazing, food was amazing, property was amazing, the activities were fun and they arranged for transport to the airport and when we wanted to do a tour of khao yai.
This was an amazing few days and I absolutely will be coming back!"

"This is a wonderful hotel. The room is kept up nicely and it's spacious. The bathroom is large as well and has a bathtub and shower. You have a mini bar and complementary water which is great. The maid service was excellent and the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. I really appreciate the price which was very reasonable"
