Hotel Mewah di Irving

"I had mixed feelings about my stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Las Colinas. There is a lot to love about this hotel. The property is beautiful, the rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the bed and pillows were exceptional. I slept very well, and the overall ambiance is exactly what you would expect from a luxury hotel. However, my experience was overshadowed by one major issue. "Waited 50 minutes for our room after check in time. Once we get in the refrigerator does not work, the pillows were terrible. Just a really bad experience."

"Hotel is close to everything. Easy to navigate to “touristic” parts of city. Also close to the airport. Pool is okay just needs a bit more care (leaves in pool from surrounding trees). Towels not always there. Just 1 seating area with an umbrella if you don’t take it you’ll be stuck under sun at all times. No music. No lifeguard. Staff was great, except for person who checked us in. Check in is at 3pm, but told us to wait almost an hour claiming room is not ready in a “take it or leave it”...
