"The location was unsafe, dirty and could not find another place to stay fast enough. As I drove up the side street to the hotel there was two homeless people and a man doing drugs I had to pass to enter the parking lot. Each spot had a sign that the hotel was not responsible for car or items in it. Upon check in I was informed after waiting for the argument to end of the hotel worker and guest that there were no extra towels or sheets available. Looking up I noticed a large piece of the molding was ripped down over the desk leaving raw exposed wood that was very noticable. I entered the elevator that for some reason had large metal doors attached to find etched in graffiti on it and a fowl smell. The whole room was unclean. The bathroom shower had stains, dirt and what appeared to be mold on the faucet and shower head along with the mirror. The rugs smelled with large orange stains. The surfaces had greasy smears on them. The coach had several stains and what appeared to be food stuck on the arms and blood spots. The pillow on the bed where not full size pillow they were the pillow used to stuff throw pillow. The lights were dusty and also had black spots on them that looked of mold. the walls had smudges and smears. The desk chair looked to have been clawed by a cat. The bolts for the door looked as if it was ripped off and screwed on again. The sink had a large crack down it. The wood on the bottom of the door and closet were pulled off. There's more but I'm out of space!"

"I want to start by saying that the evening staff and the morning staff at this motel were both really friendly. I even encountered the evening staff dealing with a, in my opinion, rude customer and he dealt with it really well. The room that we stayed in was very spacious, and I liked that the floors were not carpeted, so it did give an element of clean. I also liked that the windows were open when we walked in which made the room feel fresh. OK, now about the cleanliness of the room. I have some slight bias as I was a housekeeper for a high-end Airbnb and a vacation resort so there are some minor things that I think should always be taken into consideration during a clean. Under no circumstance, should there ever be hair left in a bathtub or shower. The idea of a room is that it should feel like no one has ever slept or bathed in there before. We all know they have, but I need to feel like they didn’t. And there was several strands of hair in bathtub, gross. Second, the purpose of using white towels is so your guest can see that they are clean. The towels should have no wear and tear and no stains. Again, it should seem as if no one has ever used this before. While I was in my shower, I unfolded the face towel that was on the counter and sure enough there were stains of what looked like it was someone’s eye makeup that didn’t come out all the way in the wash. This is something that definitely was noticed when folding the towel and was put out anyway. "

"I had a long travel across the United States to California. The night I stayed there which was the 10th I checked in at that night. The guy next-door sounded like he was murdering his wife. I called the front desk. The guy said what the xxxx you want me to do about it. You said you’re the property manager here, Please take care of it because what do you want me to call the cops. He said (the property manager) I’m not gonna call the cops. So I reluctantly made the phone call that he wouldn’t. I did his job that he wouldn’t do. That’s just the first thing the next day I came there I found a rat poop on the bed and floor. I wasn’t gonna say anything till I traveled back home which I’m at the airport now so I thought I would shoot this to you and I will be calling you this week after I return home and grab a couple days of restful peace. I have pictures and the police report. I was without vehicle so I could not travel to a different hotel hotel to take the remainder of the stay somewhere else! Nor did I have the funds to do so. I’m retired on a limited income. So I was stuck there!! I called your office today made a formal complaint. I’ve tried to send this thing about four times using the language that the manager used on property and it would not let me submit it so I had to redo the whole thing without using his language. So thankful I didn’t have my family with me that I traveled solo. How embarrassing would that have been?"

"Very nice room, staff is very very friendly. Our flight got delayed twice and they were able to accommodate us. Excellent service! Would definitely recommend! "
