"We found it terrible. First, we couldn't find the accommodation using our car navigation system, and calling was pointless because the elderly owner didn't speak a word of English. The agreed-upon price of €110 including tax with Hotel.com was also incorrect. We had to pay immediately, and the owner charged us another €10 in tax and another €15 for a small dog, even though we had agreed on €10.
