Staff at the desk where not helpful. Over charged. Had to show the receipt from Expedia. I had booked a room with 2 double beds and they gave me 1 double bed. They did not help until I showed them the info submitted to expedia. Would not stay here again.

Nos dieron una habitación sin limpiar, con la basura del anterior huésped, no cambiaron sábanas; la aplicación decía que incluía desayuno pero en recepción nos indicaron q no cubría desayuno….en general fue decepcionante, esperábamos un mejor servicio. No lo recomiendo

Una pesadilla

Una acumulación de problemas : falta de agua caliente en la habitación 459, me trasladaron a la 466 a la medianoche, esa no tenía calefacción por lo que me ofrecieron trasladarme OTRA VEZ!! Me negué y tuve frío. La última noche un bus que venía a recoger huéspedes del hotel se estacionó debajo de las ventanas entre 2 y 3 de la mañana con el motor prendido y un ruido constante. Sin mencionar la desorganización del desayuno : falta de cuchara, mermelada etc...
