"They do have a 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport. The staff was the best staff Iโve ever encountered at a hotel. The breakfast was pretty good with a lot of options. The only problem was their elevators were not working properly and they take forever. And thereโs a lot of construction going on outside the hotel so you canโt just cross the street to go to target or a gas station you have to walk all the way up and around. The beds were comfortable. I felt like the rooms were clean just not so much the hallways, but there were a lot of people in for the BTS concert. If you have a car , Target is across the street with Starbucks. and a few other shops. If you need to walk, itโs about a 21 minute walk because of construction."

"We had an awesome time! Our room was very comfortable but no closet or hooks to hang our clothing and bathroom was very narrow ( if your a large person beware). Breakfast was great and so was dinner in the Old Salt. We were in room #56 on the second floor."

"We liked everything about the property and the staff. The only thing we didnโt care for was that we couldnโt check in before 4 pm unless our room was ready and if it was ready, (which it was)there was an extra $50 if we wanted to go in early. We arrived at 2 pm. We didnโt take the room early because we didnโt want to pay the extra $50 fee. I have never had that extra fee come up before at any other hotel."

"Iโm assuming ice machine broke on second floor so they just removed it. elevator close to our room was out of order. Bedsheets were dirty, left for the day came back late. I had to go ask for towels and face cloths. Parking was good right out. Front rooms were fairly clean. Staff was fine no breakfast had to go out."
