"Ocean was visible front Room 2428. Spa was excellent. You are offered a bonus of day use of the sauna, jacuzzi and indoor pool once you book a massage. (John (Joa) is charming). The room cleaning service was excellent. My experience is that all the staff went over and above to provide the care and attention to guests. "

"Sistema all inclusive muito bom. Suporte de manutenção muito ruim. Fiquei hospedado de quarta a domingo. Abri chamado na recepção na quarta, quinta, sexta e sábado para desentupir a pia do banheiro, algo muito simples. A resposta era sempre a mesma: vamos comunicar agora à manutenção. Até a minha saída no domingo, nenhuma providência foi tomada!!!"

"This is a nice hotel and all rooms above ground floor have lovely ocean views. We do find that hotels in Brasil are expensive for what you get with facilities. Small things broken in the room and public areas. For this sort of money you expect a bit better. Also for an adults only hotel, some staff and policies were more aimed at children. For example, being told where and when you could fill your water bottle for the day, and where and when you couldn't. It's not a big thing to manage."

"This property has everything we could ask for! We will definitely be back. The rooms and all areas of the hotel are spotless, the food is fresh, the staff are friendly, and it’s perfect for a family vacation, with plenty of activities and spaces for kids. It was our first time here, but certainly not our last. We have nothing negative to mention—well done, Serrambi Resort!"
