Algo que aconteceu e não foi tão agradável, foi o fato de que em pelo menos 2 dias da nossa estadia ao chegarmos para o café o nosso nome não estava na lista de primeiro, o que gera certo desconforto, a equipe precisou ir pra luar um celular para verificar, esse ponto faltou organização. No mais, foi uma boa experiência! "

"Pontos positivos. Quarto familia e banheiro tamanho excelente. Camas confortáveis. Check in e check out rápidos. Funcionários muito prestativos, em especial a Rosangela responsável pela limpeza do nosso quarto. Cafe da manha perfeito . A comida dos restaurantes temáticos estava ótima, acredito por ser a lá cart pra menos pessoas. Utilizamos pra jantar e brunch. Pontos negativos - Falta de sinalização dentro do hotel pra chegarmos no quarto e nos restaurantes. comida do buffet dos restaurantes principais não nos agradou tanto no almoço. Bonitas de aparência mas não tão saborosa quanto os temáticos. Como o refrigerante era de máquina quando elas estavam nas areas externas era repleto de abelhas correndo o risco até de cair dentro do copo enquanto enchia. Areas externas quase sem iluminação a noite. Cerveja e Chopp quentes devido a ntensa abertura de freezer. Mesmo na choppeira não era bem gelado."
