"Achei o flat muito completo e bem confortável, super espaçoso e o atendimento excelente. Localização muito boa tbm. So não estava tao limpo todo o flat, como pia da cozinha, sanduicheira. E o maior problema que tive foi em relacao ao estacionamento que esta escrito no anuncio que tem, isso foi determinante para minha escolha e chegando la nao tem estacionamento. Mas de uma forma geral me atendeu muito bem e recomendo."

"Minha experiência em Porto de Galinhas foi simplesmente incrível do início ao fim. A hospedagem superou minhas expectativas: quarto limpo, bem decorado, com ar-condicionado funcionando perfeitamente e uma cama extremamente confortável. A equipe foi atenciosa, sempre pronta para ajudar e com um sorriso no rosto, transmitindo aquela hospitalidade calorosa que faz toda a diferença."

"The property is okay. It could use some cleaning as the bathrooms smelled dirty from urine. The beds were old and the pillows had yellow stains, which was prerty gross. The AC filter were dirty and smelled moldy when we used it. One staff member who communicated with us was not friendly at all. Gave us a hard time about notifying them regarding a leaky faucet. Not sure i get it, but she implied it was an easy fix and user error. Honestly, we rented 3 apartments. The one i stayed at was not good...

"O condomínio no geral e muito bom. Sobre o flat deixou a desejar com relação a utensílios de cozinha, outro ponto e sobre a questão do calor, como não tem ar-condicionado na sala o ideal menos era ter um ventilador disponível."

"This property has everything we could ask for! We will definitely be back. The rooms and all areas of the hotel are spotless, the food is fresh, the staff are friendly, and it’s perfect for a family vacation, with plenty of activities and spaces for kids. It was our first time here, but certainly not our last. We have nothing negative to mention—well done, Serrambi Resort!"

"Ideal para unas vacaciones en familia! Destacamos muchas cosas del hotel, pero por sobre todo, la calidez del staff, el excepcional kids club (Vila Brincante) y el exquisito desayuno. La opción de media pensión nos resultó muy conveniente para poder disfrutar más del día y no preocuparnos por salir a cenar. En relación a la ubicación, se puede ir caminando a las piscinas naturales de Pontal do Cupé donde se puede nadar con peces. Si bien la playa es con olas, cuenta con servicio de guardavidas lo cual lo hace muy seguro, además de contar con la comodidad de reposeras, sombrillas, servicio de bar y toallas. Tienen programación diaria de entretenimiento para niños, adolescentes y adultos. Realmente sentimos que cuidaron de cada detalle durante nuestra estadía."

"Our room was really smelly, it smelled like sewage so badly that we had to change rooms (thankfully they accommodated us on that). There was construction on site which made it a noisy environment. The outside vicinity smells as well like swamp. We were disappointed because we were expecting more from the way the property was presented on Expedia. "
