"Anna Suites are apartments managed by the neighboring Arena Ipanema hotel. The breakfast buffet is at the hotel next door as is the rooftop bar and pool. The suites are spacious and ideal for a couple or anyone who would appreciate a little more room. The beds are comfortable, my room was quiet and always kept clean. "Absolutely great hotel in the center of Rio across from Ipanema beach. Gorgeous roof top pool with amazing views. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Gero Restaurant may be my favourite for both food and service. Breakfast restaurant is also awesome. Top marks all round "

"Atendimento e localização ótima - porém o quarto tinha os ar-condicionados ruins, com mau cheiro e com barulho, controles remoto não funcionam e portas e prateleiras quebradas e sem puxadores - achei sujo e a limpeza tbm não foi boa, recomendo não usar o serviço ou antes de aceitar o quarto, peça para subir e ver a instalação oe exija seu direito de um quarto melhor."

"Excellent customer service! Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast options. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Everything worked fine. Area and location is perfect (very centric, safe, cute). No complaints. Perhaps the only thing would be that they did not offer Shampoo and Conditioner as separate items, but in a single mixed fancy bottle. I prefer these two to be separated and not combined.
