"Place is new, modern and clean. Staff needs better management. I called to request a steamer and was told I had to get it from the front desk. Once I get there they couldn’t find the steamers and said they would arrange for someone to bring one to our room. We requested extra towels and that also took at least half an hour to arrive. Staff were on their personal phones, some had a very unprofessional, unkept appearance. The cafe was okay. One barista was great but the next night a different...

"The room was not as pictured. There were a lot of stairs. Not a problem for us, but for others it might be. Hot tub was down. This was a very quiet place. There was an outside fire pit, that we enjoyed."

The lamp switches in our room didn't work very well, but we were able to have light as needed. The beds are comfortable, comforters cozy. Pillows are clean and fresh, but over-stuffed and hard. Still, we slept very well. We will be back to this hotel often!"
