"We booked dinner for 5.30pm as we attending a show at 6.30pm. The night before we were contacted to dsy we couldn’t eat them as they had a wedding. We ending up buying food and eating in our pretty small room. When we arrived back from our show at 9.45, we were told the bar was closed so we couldn’t get a drink. Disgusted and very unhelpful"

"I spent five days at the lodge. The staff is excellent. Most have been working at the lodge for 20+ years. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and bathroom was small but functional. I appreciated being able to open the windows at night for fresh air. The pub is first rate. I strongly suggest having breakfast there. "Booked a twin and double room. Rooms clean and well appointed with a communal kitchen area for use by guests. Did not use breakfast service as we left in the morning before the hotel staff had arrived. Only small complaint was that the staff were unable to open the connecting door between the 2 rooms which would have made things a lot easier. "
