"Great hotel, we stayed for two nights. We ate at Saffron and also stopped for tea and cake at the Baking Company which was really nice. The breakfast was also really good, particularly the eggs which were made to order. We couldn’t decide between staying here or at the Oberoi but glad we chose the JW Marriott as it was more modern and offered greater facilities. My wife also used the spa and had a massage during our stay which she thoroughly enjoyed. We would recommend this hotel to anyone in...

"The hotel was overall okay, however there were a few disappointing issues during the stay. The bathrobes hanging on the door were worn and one unfortunately had faeces stains on it, which was very unpleasant. Breakfast was also disappointing. I ordered an omelette which was forgotten and never arrived, and I requested pineapple juice twice before eventually receiving it.
