"The carpet in the room was so old and nasty we didn't walk barefoot on it.The parking is bad. They allow for paid outside parking which takes up a lot of the spaces and they also had big box trucks stored in the parking lot so not very many spaces for guests to park. "

"Cons: There is construction at every corner. It’s loud at 4am. Bring your ear plugs. Towels were hard as a rock as if they starch them. Bring your own water in. Shower blasted scorching hot water ever 2 min then cold. Shocking to find a non smoking hotel where outside balcony had cigarette butts all over. Pros: Hotel and Staff were amazing. Rooms are big and spacious. Comfortable. I would give it higher rating but with all the loudness that’s about it. "

"The staff was super helpful and kind. The beds were comfy. The A/C unit works; it was just really loud when turned on. The WiFi didn’t work 100% of the time; we had to keep logging on. The WiFi didn’t work anymore during our last night before checkout. The breakfast had a variety of options; taste and quality was okay. We were able to warm up some food we got from the grocery/restaurant using the microwave at the breakfast area during non-breakfast hours. Coffee and hot chocolate were available...

"The desk chair was rather uncomfortable and the AC unit in the wall was a bit loud and close to the bed. However, the hotel was great and I actually did sleep well. Nice sheets. Plenty of underground parking"
