Inn at Santa Fe, SureStay Collection by Best Western
6/10 Okay
"The place looks like it’s seen better days. The room was clean but dark. No windows except for two skylights that had no shade! Not enough light to put on makeup. The cleaning staff were delightful and very helpful. Breakfast was meh. To charge a resort fee was insulting. The only good thing was the proximity to Santa Fe square - 8 to 10 minute walk. "
"The garage was always busy, the property was big and the two mornings we tried to have breakfast on the property the cafeteria was rented for a company’s congress. "
"Great place to stay. Breakfast was actually mostly healthy food, which was a great suprise, freshly pressed juice, fruits, cereals, etc...Loved the back area where they have a firepit and stage, nice to just sit back and relax in the evenings. It is on a busy road, somehow when in your room or in the back area, it is like being in the country side. I had a very pleasant stay and will be back. Thank you."
"No working hot tub/spa, is NO real pool and. Very NARROW , small. Staff don’t pick trash in hallway. There was trash at the same spot for 4 days straight. Place needs desperate need of repairs. Entire second floor had paint on the carpet and missing trim on walls"
"Amazing staff! We stayed 7 nights, and we traveled with someone in a wheelchair. The staff/property made sure that we had a room that was accommodating for our special need person. We loved that the property uses text messages for any things we needed for our room or our stay. They responded quickly it made it so much easier to enjoy our trip. The only thing we didnt like was that the room was a bit outdated and the carpet had an odor. But even with that the bed was comfortable and the sheets were always clean. We would definitely stay here again. All we can say is THANK YOU to the entire staff for making out stay easy and fun. Sincerely, Monk family."
