"Overall the hotel staffs are very friendly, speaks fluent English and always with a smile. My room excess cards doesn't work so i went down to the reception again. One of the male staff who is standing nearby the check-in counter was very helpful and kind. He assisted me by walking me up to lift and room to double check excess cards. "Comfortable hotel a 35' drive from Incheon airport. We were looking for a hotel to stay in between flights that would be in an area that we could walk around and where there would be some restaurants as well. This hotel ticked all the boxes. The airport collection service was also really efficient (the taxi driver was waiting for us in the arrivals hall with a name placard) and the staff were helpful. Would recommend!"

"El recepcionista fue muy grosero con cara mal encarada, me negó el servicio de shuttle, cuando ya lo había reservado un día antes,e miro despectivamente por ser latina? Ese tipo de personas no debería estar atendiendo personas, no recuerdo su nombre pero estába en el horario de 11pm a 8am "

"Personal de recepción muy amable, me ayudaron mucho con el problema de comunicación ; ya que los coreanos NO hablan inglés y no se esfuerzan aún con el traductor del celular . No pude tomar taxi , ya que la dirección no estaba en coreano. Personal de recepción HABLÓ por mí y al fin me pude trasladar a mi otro destino "

"韓国にトランジットとして利用しました。建物自体は古そうでしたが、お部屋は改装してあり、とても綺麗で快適に泊まれました！部屋は広さが十分あり、ゆったりとくつろげます。バスルームも洗面所と一緒になってはいますが、広くキレイです。レインシャワーも気に入りました！シャワーの水がびしょびしょにトイレの方に濡れてしまいますが、濡れた床にも履けるように、サンダルも用意されていますので、問題は無かったです。テレビは大きく、ソファとテーブルもあり、良い時間が過ごせました。付近にはレストランやロッテマートもあり、食には困りません。仁川空港からの送迎も無料でついているので、とても助かりました！快適な設備で気持ちよく泊まらせて頂き、ありがとうございました。とてもおすすめします。"
