"Overall the hotel staffs are very friendly, speaks fluent English and always with a smile. My room excess cards doesn't work so i went down to the reception again. "The room was nice and clean. The beds are comfortable and the room is pretty spacious. The location is very convenient if you have a 24h lay-over in Seoul. The shuttle bus is very convenient too. The reception staff was helpful and nice. However, we wanted to have a drink before leaving in the afternoon and we waited forever for the bartender to come to the bar so we could order something. "Good overall - quiet, convenient location in the terminal. Excellent shopping downstairs, so consider leaving extra time. The lounge immediately outside has an incredible breakfast not to be missed."

"There was nobody there to help us with our suitcases when we got to the hotel (we had 4 suitcases). We also found dirt on our carpet near our bed. The bathroom was clean and spacious and the overall room set up was nice, also only a 10 minute drive to the airport. "
