"We LOVED this stay. The room was fantastic, updated yet classic, large bathroom, amazing location, and great staff. The room had AC which was a huge plus after the hot summer days exploring. Favorite hotel of our trip."

"The guy who checked me in ( I’m sorry I don’t remember his name ) was so courteous and kind. He also helped me later on when I needed a kettle. I was travelling solo so this sort of care an attention was gratefully received. My room was cleaned every day. Unfortunately some mosquitos must have got in and used ti bother me every night. I think an insect spray might have solved the issue. Unfortunately the guy who checked me in must have had days off the time I reported this to the desk. The breakfast was amazing! The staff were so attentive and friendly. Friendliness goes along way when you are traveling solo."

"The hotel is very centrally situated in the old town. It can be tricky to find as the hotel sign is beneath a terrace of shops - it’s very close to McDonald’s! The reception is actually on 6th floor - staff are friendly. We had a fantastic room - Mozart suite. Rooms are reasonably priced - we went in July. The only issue is the AC - it doesn’t do much and Innsbruck is hot in the summer!"
