Room clean, neat, bed good pillows were weak. Bring my own next time. Front desk staff excellent. My second time at this location and both times were very good. Think about 15 minutes to Siesta Key beach. "

We had an issue with our air-conditioning unit went out that same day they fixed it. We just didn’t have any towels in our room. That was the only bad thing about it. But we make mistakes when we’re in that field."

"The shower water went full cold while standing in it, housekeeping was asked to bring more decaf coffee and did not do so, the downstairs lobby bar was closed at nine o'clock on Friday evening - we were looking for an Irish coffee, the valet service is ridiculous at $50 per day, the room itself was very small with only one bathrobe, no sitting room and very poor storage for clothes.
