It was fairly hot even after having the AC turned down. My husband does exude heat but sleeping was very difficult due to this. Staff was very nice

Very helpful staff who put me in an upgraded ground floor room.
In the heat in London at the moment, I can’t tell you just how grateful I was for this.
It all worked well.
Clean, quiet room with a nice bathroom and a good shower.
Would recommend and will return.
