"This hotel operates without front desk staff for check-in. Instead, you enter the main sliding door using a code sent to you with your reservation. To access your room, you’ll need to scan a QR code generated after completing the check-in process at the kiosk located in the lobby near the entrance. The whole experience was new to me, but it worked out smoothly in the end.
