booked ocean view room but not given

Bathroom was stinking a lot. Service was not good, room amenities was not placed as i have ask it for each room i have booked, toiletries were not available, 4 kms away from bentota, staff was rude, had a beautiful beach, I had booked ocean view rooms but they said as u booked at the end moment thus we cannot give me an ocean view room, as i have paid for it but still such improper service. Breakfast limited options. No phones in room, poor wifi.

Waren vor 2 Jahren schon einmal da, da war es gut. Jetzt gab es laute Gruppen im Hotel , die Alkohol tranken und Karaoke sangen, ganz furchtbar! Service und Essen miserabel!

Buchung habe dort nicht vorgelegen. Wir erhielten dann ein Zimmer welches offensichtlich nicht dem Standard des gebuchten Zimmers entsprach. Es war eher eine Art Abstellkammer. Vor dem Fenster hing eine Plastiktüte als Sichtschutz. Die lt. Buchung vorhandenen Fernseher und Wasserkocher waren dort nicht vorzufinden. Außerdem war im Bad ein starker Geruch zu vernehmen. Wasser war nicht immer heiß. Ansonsten jedoch ein nettes Hotel mit tollem Aussenbereich, guter Lage am Strand. Personal auch sehr nett, Frühstück war lecker.
