Terrrible check in process. We waited an hour for the second room which was unavailable due to late checkout which suggests poor management.
Towels extremely poor quality and almost tinted brown in colour. Fresh towels felt damp and limp.
Staff were seen handwahing and towel drying cups and mugs at the bar during breakfast service which was appaling. Very poor hygeine.
No invoices provided for purchases at the handicraft store at the lobby.
The staff were excellent and worked extra hard to compensate for the inadequcies and poor management.
This experience haas seriously dented our confidence in the Marriott brand. Avoid if you can find comparable alternatives/local brands.
