It is a struggle to get any staff right now, and are working to get them hired and trained in all aspects of the front desk so this does not happen again. I do apologize! Hello Beth,I am so sorry your stay wasn't very pleasant...there were several groups that booked online for a local event, that were so out of control. that we had to call the police for assistance!! This has never happened in the 5 years that I have been here! Kids running all hours of the night, ...just awful for the other guests as well as the staff- who were yelled at by the parents or supervisors for asking the children to please behave!! Our local police officers were called to all 4 hotels in this area for the same out of control group... I am very sorry your group had to hear all this. Our apologies to you for this unpleasant stay. I hope you will give us a try with another stay as this is not the norm for our hotel.
