We choice this location because of the free parking. For 2 nights stay we had to pay over $100.00 in parking fees. The location and space is nice.

Great place even better host with great communication. Accidentally left my phone in the room, and forgot the password to the door….. no problem, host was able to remotely unlock the door while talking to them.

Great location at a great price. Large, clean room. Easy parking. Love the neighborhood; so many walkable places. Would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location! This is a great spot that makes Indianapolis feel like a vibrant metropolis, with plenty of entertainment, dining, and shopping along the Mass Ave corridor. The bathroom is massive, the kitchen is beautiful, and the two-story windows fill the unit with natural light. The balcony is another great feature—perfect for people-watching and enjoying the late-night shenanigans at Goodfellas Pizza across the street. One important thing to know is that the queen-size bed is located up a steep, carpeted staircase inside the unit. The loft is barely larger than the bed, so luggage must be stored in the loft closets, which are surprisingly spacious. The bathroom and television are both on the main level. Unfortunately, the furniture looks inexpensive, and most pieces wobble when touched. The bed frame was especially frustrating because it made loud popping noises anytime someone turned over. The lower levels of the parking garage also had an overwhelming odor. This may have been related to the recent flooding in Indiana, but it was so strong that we had to hold our breath until we reached the first level and found a parking spot.

Loved the pool area. Everyone we passed was so friendly. Apt had everything I needed to cook and even provided coffee so I didn’t have to go out to get any. Def will be back.

The initial entrance is tricky because you need the key fab (which is in the room you don’t have access to yet) in order to enter the building, use the elevator, or the stairs. The condo itself was fine, although the listing said there was sofa bed, this was not true. There was a sofa but it did not convert into a bed which was very disappointing. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was terrible. It was clean, it was a great location, it was safe, but the details listed and the poor chat communication with the host team was disappointing.

Great suite, clean, modern, and in a great area!

Excellent place to stay right across from the event center we were attending. Beautiful suite albeit a bit pricey. Plenty of restaurants to chose from within walking distance and parking in the garage was free. The only wrinkle was the “free parking” was $40. A quick call to customer service and it was decided we would pay the charge to be released from the garage and the fee would be refunded promptly. Less than a week and the refund is on the way. We will stay here again in a heartbeat for the positive experience and the efforts on our behalf to get the parking fee refunded. We highly recommend!

The unit was clean and was in good condition upon arrival. The communication on how to access the unit along with parking pass information was well outlined and easy to follow. The location was safe and gave easy access to restaurants. I was not a fan of the mattress. It was sufficient, but not as supportive as I would have liked. The walls in the unit were thin. You could hear noise from outside of the unit all night. I would recommend having a charging station somewhere within the unit that has USB and USB-C ports. Beware that the owner is strict on the non-refundable policy. We had to leave a day early due to a weather state of emergency and our flights were changed. The owner was not willing to make any exceptions to refund us for the unused day. It was disappointing knowing that the change was due to no fault of our own and we were still charged for the full price of the stay. The owner was fully aware of the storm coming because several times throughout the stay I received text messages instructing me on what to due inside of the unit to prevent the pipes from freezing, none of which were required on the stay policy. We would have been better off staying in a hotel.

Note, this is a self check in property. Had to go to their website and upload credit card info and photo of ID in order to receive check in instructions and access to the property. Inconvenient, given I use Orbitz to avoid these hassles, but not a big deal. Here is the kicker - they never sent check in instructions. When I arrived, I called from outside the property. They still could not give me instructions on how to access the place while I was sitting outside. Ultimately, they told me if I wanted to cancel, I could receive a refund. Not many options, since I could not get in. Very inconvenient that I had to find another place last minute. So I canceled. The next day they sent me a note saying that because I canceled less than 24 hours in advance, they would not give refund. Orbitz was not helpful at all. They also do not stand behind their product and suppliers. They refused refund. Ultimately, I paid for a night at this property and was never given instructions to access it. Only canceled because they would. It give me a room. Neither company will refund. I recommend you book somewhere else.

This is probably one of the best trips I have ever had in a long time! The place was so beautiful, clean and cozy I felt like I was at home. Was very clean and comfortable the view from the top balcony was also stunning. I was a little confused at first about which elevator to use cause not all of them had pin pads but once I found the right one getting in and out was such a breeze. The free parking was also a plus! I definitely would return and stay here again next time in Indy definitely worth the price much better and private then a hotel as well! Not as loud or noisy as a hotel is. Also they had a tv with all the things you’d want to stream! Lots of amazing places to eat in walking distance as well!
