"Staff were amazing. When I booked with Expedia the room said it had a balcony which was why I chose that room. When we were given room it did not have one. I spoke with ladies at desk and they said that was Expedia error but they worked their magic and moved us to a balcony room. So kind and accommodating. Excellent service by them and all staff. Breakfast was great as well. "

"We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times in the past two years on our way to and from Sturgis. We have zero complaints about this location! It is always clean, smells great, has friendly staff, and is a great stopping point on a long journey. The quiet parking out back is appreciated and, for the larger trucks and semis, there's a nice gravel lot for easy parking. Highly recommended. "
