Initially upon check-in, I was charged well over $350 a night. I had to argue with them reminding I was booked under Expedia. I tried to show my receipt of what costs should be but they refused to look at it. After about 10 minutes they finally figured it out.
The cost for the room definitely was NOT worth it. This is a very old hotel. Rooms need an upgrade starting with carpet replacement as it left a musty odor in the room. The bed mattress needs replacing - much too soft and saggy. There was mold around the bathtub. Water pressure was low. In the mornings while showering, water would be hot then cold then hot then cold throughout. We were on the 3rd floor and our view was of broken boxes, broken refrigerator, the cooling/heating system on top of the roof of connecting building. Our room also pickup the cooling/heating system noise all night. There was virtually no WiFi. The hot tub was only bath temp warm, which I don’t believe is passable by the Health Department. Poor security as none of the entry doors were locked allowing anyone to get in. There was no reason that we had to pay for parking as there was no security guard, or gate to the parking lot. I would not recommend this hotel and I definitely wouldn’t be staying there again.
