"We were told we would be getting a reimbursement because we paid for a KING but only got a Queen - but that hasn't come through. The staff was nice but the condition of the "newly renovated room" was not great. Electrical receptacles hanging out - peeling walls - no mat for the walk out shower and the tiles were VERY slippery. Coffee was terrible. Very little sound-proofing. Lobby was nice. "
