Hotel Dekat Incline Village Tennis Center

"Hyatt exceeded our expectations! They even let us borrow snowshoes and hiking poles to take on our day trip to chickadee Ridge at no cost! The restaurant food was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful. Provided complimentary champagne when we arrived and water bottles to take on our hike."

"Cedar Glen Lodge is amazing. Charlie the general manager is very caring and helpful. Sean is great too. I highly recommend this hidden gem. No complaints, we will be back!"

"Staff was great, very clean, location is very good. Will come back for sure."

"Yay"

"During our stay, our first room had an insect problem, and we were bitten while staying in it. The staff responded courteously and moved us to another room, which we appreciated. However, the replacement room had serious problems of its own: the lighting did not work properly, leaving the room very dark, and the electrical outlet directly next to the bed was visibly burned. Because of these conditions, we will not be returning to this place."

"Location"

"Very attentive staff"

"Fun change from your chain hotels. A bit challenging to take suitcases up the stairs but being dog friendly, great location and fun staff makes it worth a place to stay and enjoy the lake."

"This is my first time I stayed at this hotel and I enjoyed my stay. My breakfast was a little disappointing! My sausage was hard and dry and my biscuit was hard. It was like both items were sitting in a pan and got hard from the heat. The casino was fun."

"Unsafe electrical plugs under the couch in living room.plugs will short and shoot flame under couch. No word from management after pictures and conversation with front desk.we loved the property but my wife was so scared it took a toll on my birthday trip.I would love to update my review when issue is resolved."
