"My fridge was not working at all. After telling them twice that they hav to fix it. And on the last day, we had no warm water in the shower. "

"Hotel was clean,some minor issues with the room, The bathroom faucet was broken, the internet didn't work in the room so we had to connect to another room. All in all, the hotel is good! All in all, the hotel is good! The problem is with the beach, it is very dirty, full of cigarette butts and trash, people leave trash and no one cleans it. You can see that the beach has not been cleaned for months. Also, you should not shop in the shops near the beach, because the prices are quite different...

"Alanya tatilimizin en güzel yanlarindan biri Loovox Suites de kalmak oldu. Odalarin güzelligi disinda, büyük bir titizlikle hazirlanip bize sunulmasi bizim cok hosumuza gitti. Bugüne kadar kaldigim en güzel ve en temiz Otel desem yalan olmaz. "Nice staff but an apartment which was worked out, cold and I disn’t feel comfortable so left after one night although I had paid for too nights. The pictures from Hotels.com did definately not live up to realities, a bit og a chock, but i suppose you get what you pay for "

"We had a great experience here. Staff was always helpful. The rooms were clean. Wish there was more than just liquid soap for the shower. The grounds were easy to navigate. Good activities. Nice pool for families and excellent water slides. Nice beach area. plenty of loungers. The shops were expensive compared to off-site."

Nice hotel overall that goes the extra mile to please its guests with new/modern furnishings/fixtures, hard working staff, and nice breakfast. I would definetely stay here again. Only area for improvement would be to do a better job cleaning the glass on the glass balcony railings."

"I am a frequent traveler, and let me tell you, the best thing I liked about this hotel was the buffet. The food selection was excellent, the freshness was terrific, and the taste was consistent. The hotel had many activities, and the rooms were very spacious. The beach was one of my favorite things—a beautiful sandy beach that was very clean. They also had water sports on site."
