"This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate."

"The resort is very clean and well situated. The pool is somewhat small for the amount of guests and very cloudy. The biggest issue is the scheme about the cost of beach chairs/umbrella. While two chairs are advertised as “complimentary” - an umbrella is NOT. No one could sit out in the hot Florida sun without an umbrella and the resort won’t allow you to use your own, so you’re forced to pay $45 per day for an umbrella. "Very nice for the money. Only issues we had were 1-) no do not disturb sign for the door. 2-) when we arrived the room was clean except for the dirty towel hanging in the bathroom.
Pools were very nice. The hot tub was excellent. Balcony view was great. We did not eat on site."

"My expectations were high with this hotel, but the first room that we got had a very rare noise in the AC and inside the hotel there was a strong smell. The pool area is very small, nothing to do with what you see in the photos. There are definitely better hotels in the area"
