"Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles"

"Kamer ruim en volgens verwachting. Niet echt in inspirerende wijk, maar voor een nacht prima. Wel op loopafstand van strand en koninklijk paleis. Ontbijtbuffet uitgebreid. Personeel vriendelijk en transfer naar vliegveld snel geregeld. "

"So this hotel had the potential for 5 stars for its range but didn’t make it. First I contacted the hotel repeatedly to ask questions and the Expedia system crashed so I didn’t get any reply. "Chambre propre et spacieuse, la vue sur l’océan est inégale selon les chambres. Un changement a été proposé rapidement suite à réclamation pour mauvaise vue. Le personnel est réactif quand cela est nécessaire. Le petit déjeuner pris sur place est varié et à un tarif raisonnable environ 60 dirham. La piscine est propre bien entretenue et les équipements adaptés ( transats parasols…)"
