The amount of mold everywhere. Water not working. Mold on taps. On handles. Electricity not working. Wifi not working. Doors not opening."

Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles"
