"Overpriced for what it offers. The staff and food were great, but you can get a very similar experience at neighboring hotels for half the price. Surprisingly, complimentary bottled water is not included even though Santorini tap water is not drinkable and water costs €7 per bottle plus tax. Coffee pods are included, but having to purchase basic drinking water at this price point felt unreasonable. The main pool, advertised as heated, was never heated during our stay, which was disappointing...
