Wie soll ich ein Hotel bewerten wenn ich nicht da gewesen bin ??? Dank über einer Buchung bei "Hotels.com" das uns 4 Tage vor Anreise mitteilte das keine Zimmer in diesem Hotel zur Verfügung stehen obwohl Hotels.com uns eine Buchung bestätigte, das schon seit Monaten ausgebucht war ist eine Frechheit.Nach Rücksprache mit Waldhotel Ilsenburg hat dies Hotel nicht mal einen Vertrag mit Hotels.com,auch sind wir nicht die einzigsten gewesen die so hereingelegt wurden wurden,deswegen kann ich nur jedem abraten über hotels.com zu buchen,auch verstehe ich nicht das ich von Hotels.com eine Bewertung von diesem Hotel abgeben soll. Hotels.com hat uns zwar eine Alternative zu einem anderem Hotel angeboten was wir nicht angenommen haben, es ist wahrscheinliche eine Masche von dieser Firma.

Hyggeligt hotel i fantastiske omgivelser.

Fint lille hotel i fantasiske omgivelser med masser af muligheder for oplevelser. Hotel er lidt slidt mem ganske hyggeligt. Grundet Corona var resturant lukket. Morgenmad god med mulighed for at nyde den i ude terrasse. Personlaet lidt stresset men venlige og hjælpsomme. Kommer gerne igen. 4 overnatninger med famile og prisen var ok

Et skovhotel af den gamle og enkle type

Hotellet ligger fantastisk velplaceret i forhold til traveture i Harzen og det er helt uden for byens trængsler. Netop en af grundende til, at vi valgte at prøve stedet efter en uge i en storby. Der var mange vandrende gæster, god og rolig atmos fære. Værelserne var enkle, men renligheden god. Internet fungerede dårligt, såvel som der kun kunne betales med kontanter. Maden i restauranten var lidt uinspireret. Morgenmaden, der var inklusiv i prisen, var OK. Hotellet trænger generelt set til en "lift" i forhold til en lidt mere "glad" indretning og bedre internetdækning.

Buchung durch Expedia lag nicht vor, Zahlungsmodalitäten waren nicht bekannt, Zimmer nicht gemacht. Das Personal vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und bemüht sich, dass offensichtliche Missmanagement der Leitung zu kompensieren. Einrichtung ist gewöhnungsbedürfitg, es passt nichts richtig zusammen.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas altmodisch, aber super gelegen. Direkt am Wald/Wanderwege/Ilse. Das Hotel brächte mal einen feinschliff, aber ansonsten war es ok. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit lässt grüßen - es gibt doch heutzutage Staubsauger und Staub wischen sollte auch drin sein. Wer nicht so auf Sauberkeit wert legt, für den ist das Hotel auf jeden Fall was. Wir würden es wegen der Lage wieder buchen.

waren nur 1 Nacht dort, Bedienung ausschließlich ausländische Angestellte oder Azubi`s. Frühstücksbüffet ausreichend aber nichts besonderes. Kaffeesahne war alle und wurde nicht wieder aufgefüllt. Wurst- und Käseauswahl könnte größer sein.

Teilbewertung mit Erfahrungsbericht

Bei underer Ankunft war man überrascht, Wegen eines Wasserschadens hatte man allen Gästen abgesagt, uns leider nicht. Das Hotel arrangierte nun die Unterbringung im Altstadthotel Ilsenburg (ebenfalls 3 Sterne). Das war leider ein Reinfall. Das es kein Doppelbett und kostenloses Mineralwasser gab war für lediglich 1 Übernachtung akzeptabel. Trotz voll geöffneter Heizung war das Zimmer nach ca. 3,5 Stunden noch immer recht kalt, obwohl ich ein Thermo-Unterhemd trug. In der Erwartung im warmen Zimmer zu erwachen, schlafen gegangen. Am nächsten Morgen, die Heizung kalt und somit auch das Zimmer. Duschen war auch nicht möglich weil das Wasser ebenfalls eiskalt war. Wenigstens das Frühstück war ok, aber ebenfalls nicht einem 3 Sterne-Hotel entsprechend (weder Rühr- noch Spiegelei, als Obst nur Äpfel). Beim Auschecken auf die eklatanten Mängel angesprochen, kam vom deutschen Personal nur eine abwinkende Handbewegung mit dem Spruch: Das kommt vor. Das Restaurantessen am Vorabend und das dortige osteuropäische Personal war aber erstklassig! Für den guten Willen und 33% Rückerstattung: Befriedigend für das Waldhotel Für das Altstadthotel Ilsenburg jedoch: Note 6, UNGENÜGEND !!!
