Hotel Spa di Illinois Selatan

"I loved the food, the staff was polite , the room was clean nd cozy, nd the pool nd hot tub was perfect!"

"The shower could be better. TV close captian is inefficient."

"Friendly, helpful staff. Clean property."

"Check in desk staff welcoming and pleasant. Always greeted me when in was walking by. Nice polite people."

"The property was basically fine. However, there were three in our party. We had only one bath towel in our room and enough shower gel for only one to shower. It was nearly impossible to make the room dark enough to sleep."

"Breakfast was just ok. Limited food, but there"

"Excellent all around. Fair price. Easy access to Benton."

"Good place to stay, we were traveling and the price was great, clean room, great staff we were very comfortable"

"This was a superb hotel. One of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels we have stayed at, and we have stayed in several all over the United States. It is immaculate!! We found no flaws at all...rare thing too. The breakfast was excellent, hot, and a great selection to fulfill any dietary needs. We will definitely stay here again and the rooms were clean and smelled wonderful. Staff were very nice and professional. Great place to stay !! Dennys restaurant right across from the hotel. Easy...

"This was my second stay here and the property is always clean. stay is nice and helpful"

"Excellent"

"Was disappointed by dirty floors in the room. I knew it was a budget option but still expected floors to be mopped in the room at least occasionally. Bagels should have been tossed."

"The hotel was very nice. I gave it a good rating instead of excellent because we were unable to get the air conditioning to come on. The room was very warm."

"Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. I used the pool and the hot tub and they were clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The hotel location was close to the freeway for easy access."
