"Room didn't seem clean despite the smell of floor cleaner. Ants, live and dead, kept dropping on the bed from a non-working light socket above the bed. Had to move the bed to other part of the room to allow us to sleep. Resort was noisy, with a group in the picnic area below our room. For all these issues, we could not report any of these due to very limited hours over the weekend that the reception was open."

"Property was spacious. Good location, walking distance to supermarket, good eateries and mall. 20 mins to theme parks. Secure parking was a bonus. Check in was easy and host communicated well. Sadly a few things let them down, bathrooms dusty and not as clean as I would have expected. Apartment was a few metres from rubbish disposal area, so when you came out of lift odour was terrible. And duvet on one of the beds was badly stained."
