The space is beautifully decorated and in perfect condition, equiped with everything we required. And Elisa was the most wonderful host, very responsive and available for all our questions. "We arrived at Verona airport late at night with our 4 month old baby to be told by the property that they had no record of our booking, despite the fact I had been emailing with them in the weeks prior about parking and messaging them on the Expedia messaging service and on both platforms they confirmed they would be sending me check in info so I have no idea how they can claim they didn't have a record of it. Novo Hotel Rossi

10/10 Excellent

"We got two bottles of free water. The supermarket is close but walking is tiring in the heat. The train station is 5 min walk away but currently the road is under construction so 2x that. We could park free. The amphitheater is 25 min walk away. The breakfast is good and the room is clean. No restaurant without walking a bit but I still think for traveling with family this is a better choice."

"The place was clean, check in was smooth, location was very central. Balcony was nice to sit out and watch life in Vernona. Music played downstairs until 2 am and you could hear it in the bedrooms. It was air conditioned but not cold - cool at the most. Could hear every step the tenants upstairs took. I would stay here again just bring ear plugs for sleeping"

"The hotel is very well situated, about a 10 minute walk from Verona. We managed to disembark a flight, get to the hotel, walk into Verona and be seated for a performance of Aida within an hour! The room was spacious and cool with standard facilities. It looks like it was very grand at one point (lots and lots of beautiful marble) but other aspects are very tired. The sofas in reception were badly faded, saggy and worn and let the place down a bit. Breakfast was perfectly good but not outstanding as lower selection of hot items. But we were there for one night and it was perfectly good."

"We loved our overnight stay at this hotel. Great facilities, lovely courtyard with wine shop, bar and restaurant. Delicious food, friendly service, convenient for our morning flight from Verona. There are two parts to the hotel, the original part with the indoor pool facilities, where we stayed, and the newer building next to the outdoor pool. We were happy in the original building with a view of the courtyard, however either would be great considering the reasonable price for Verona including breakfast and spa access for a deluxe double room."
