"Very clean and nice accommodations. Massimo was very helpful with transportation coordination and thoughtful with quick snack breakfast options in the room to accommodate our daily early tour departures, which fell outside breakfast hours. "Our room was in the annex of this hotel which is located on the 5th floor of a charming apartment building. After checking in, we located our room which is reached via some stairs, OR as we discovered on our last day, a lift! Breakfast is good but the breakfast area is very small and does get crowded at times. Our room was lovely, with a good rainforest shower, cleaned to a high standard every day. "

"For central Naples it was an excellent choice, a short walk to a lot of key areas but a tranquil location to avoid the hustle and bustle. The owners/staff were really helpful and the room was well equipped, clean and really comfortable. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel, staff and room were amazing. The one negative was that, without any advance notice, the hotel’s restaurant was closed to a private function on both nights, a Thursday and Friday. For a Michilen starred restaurant, that would be unheard of in the US. What made it a bit worse is the staff were clearly uncomfortable with the situation, and would simply say the restaurant was “fully booked,” which was not quite accurate. "

"Convinient location near Napoli Centrale (approx 5 min walking). Police near by. Of note did have cellphone almost stolen. I will admit i was 4 min away from hotel andate at night. In general would recommend being vigilant in Naples. Otherwise hotel waa located in a good location. Also I did attempt to add a 3rd person to my reservation last minute. Was told no via message however, fortunately family member living in Italy was able to contact hotel amd facilitate process and get extra bed in bedroom. We mightve not been lucky if it had not been for my family member. Breakfast was great with many options"
