"Well located just across the road from the station. Helpful staff, nice rooftop Onsen was very welcome after a long day travelling. Loved the free soba noodle dinner and ice creams after the onsen!"

"Disappointing to say the least, bathrooms were dirty, lack of amenities, no kitchen to cook at all??. Stayed in many hostels and this would be one of the worst I’ve stayed in. Location is the only good thing."

"Amenity choices are wide. The frontdesk staff is super polite and efficient. The location and parking area is closed to main train station which is very convenient. The parking fee is ¥800 which is even lower than some smaller city. Good deal!"

I would especially like to recognize the Korean gentleman manager who assists with luggage — he was excellent and very attentive. During my first visit we had a few challenges due to my disability, but on this trip everything went smoothly and we were able to interact very well.
