Great place for walking and bird watching. Hotel is spotless and efficient but friendly. Only a few minutes walk from the train station and they give you a free ticket to use any train or bus for miles around. So you can be in the middle of Freiburg in half an hour. We were meeting friends so didn't try their restaurant.

No tissue box in bathroom, light bulb was not working, reading lights not working, work list for staff forgotten in the room, we stayed 3 nights, although we asked for fresh towels we didn’t get, bedspread was left on the floor, used glasses not exchanged!

Restaurant war komplett geschlossen. Zimmer im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug war für mich, gehbehindert nicht zu erreichen. Musste Aufpreis (15€) für Zimmer über Aufzug zu erreichen zahlen. Also 30€ für Diskriminierung zahlen. Das erste Zimmer was dann angeboten wurde war nicht gemacht, also benutzt. Also nochmal wechseln. Grundsätzlich schlechte Reinigung, Toilette im Zimmer dreckig und im allgemeinen Bereich ebenfalls. Das Hotel geht gar nicht, wenn man schon Personalmangel als ressourcenschonend bezeichnet fühle ich mich verschaukelt.

Sauberkeit, Größe und Einrichtung des Zimmers sind voll ok. Meines Erachtens wird übertrieben mit sparen, Dusche kommt ein Rinnsal von Wasser, die Raum-Temperatur wird bei der Rezeption geregelt und war auf 19 Grad gefühlt sehr kalt eingestellt. Bei der bitte wärmer zu stellen kamen sie dem zwar nach angeblich, aber wirklich wärmer wurde es nicht. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig.

Dejligt, men...

Vi havde et rigtig godt værelse, fint til en famile og pænt rent. Men første morgen var der en levende flue i sukkerdispenseren, desværre også i den næste dispenser vi tog fra et andet bord... Vi gjorde betjeningen opmærksom på problemet og fik ikke nogen særlig respons. Dagen efter gentog det sig, hvilket var nok for os, derfor kan vi ikke give mange point for dette sted. :-(

Dejligt ferie sted

Utroligt flink og serviceminde værtspar. Morgenmaden var perfekt men på grund af personale mangel var restauranten lukket for varmt mad om aften. Værelserne kunne godt trænge til en omgang hovedrengøring men ellers var det utrolige lækre værelser. Hotellet ligger fint med afstand til Colmar, strassburg og Basel. Rigtig mange lokal vingårde 👍😊
