"This is my second stay at Atibaia Residence Resort. The first time I stayed in November 2024, and this time it was July 2025. I loved it here so much, that I had to come back. The food is delicious and plenty. Water, drinks, and cocktails are plenty. The Lazer entertaining staff is always there to do activities and entertain the guests. "My stay was wonderful, the entire team was helpful, helpful, and committed to making sure I had the best. I have several dietary restrictions and I was satisfied with all of them, with an incredible menu. "White marble floors in the lobby. Staff eager to please. Quiet room (31) away from the sidewalk. My only criticism is that they need to replace the plastic flowers with live plants, and I suggest that they paint the faded room doors in baby blue. The hand rail going down from the second floor to the first floor (third to second, in the U.S.) needs to be secured. Overall, excellent value for the money, smack dab in the middle of town on top of the mountain."

"Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Brazil it's in the neighborhood not near the tourist areas it's more of a place where the people that work in Brazil live it was very safe the people around there are really nice really helpful and very wholesome there's a restaurant right next-door I eat there every day religiously the food is very inexpensive and the vibe was just beautiful very welcoming if you're ever in Brazil and you're looking to save a few dollars and be safe and not have to worry about anything this is the perfect hotel you have nothing to worry about as far as safety and there's many shops and stores very much shopping areas right down the street there's an outside shopping mall which made like so much easier than next time I'm in Brazil I will stay once again at this wonderful hotel! ❤️ "
