El personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, brindando recomendaciones útiles y atención rápida en todo momento. La ubicación es perfecta, a pocos minutos de la Plaza de Armas, lo que facilita recorrer la ciudad caminando. Además, el desayuno fue muy bueno y el ambiente tranquilo permitió descansar sin problemas. Sin duda, es una excelente opción tanto para parejas como para familias. Totalmente recomendado, volveríamos sin dudarlo."

We booked a few tours through the agency here and it was fantastic, super easy and the tours were great. The room was clean and comfortable, can be a bit loud if they have events on in the bar!"

The staff were very kind to lend us a corkscrew and glasses and let us drink our bottle of wine on the terrace in the evening. "
