"I love this hotel and have stayed many times. However, something has happened in the past year. The facility looks like it has had water damage and smells of smoke throughout. "Owner is awful. Asked me to cancel my reservation and pay him cash. He said site wouldn't pay him. It was very unprofessional. The staff exceeded our expectations... The owner was a disappointment. Asked our safari driver several times about payment from us when I could prove I had prepaid for everything ..."
