Huoneistossa piti olla merinäköala,terassi/parveke

Esitteessä ja varausvahvistuksessa oli maininta, että huoneistossa on puutarha- ja merinäköala sekä terassi tai parveke. Näitä ei kuitenkaan ollut. Mainittuani asiasta vastaanotossa he sanoivat, että hinnalla millä olin varannut huoneen ei mistään ole saatavissa merinäköalaa ja näyttivät huonetta ylemmästä kerroksesta osittaisella merinäköalalla missä oli iso parveke. Tällaisen saadakseni olisin tietenkin joutunut maksamaan lisää 10 euroa/vuorokausi. Mielestäni tällainen menettely on asiakkaan harhaan johtamista.
