"Check in was at 3, but when I arrived at 5:30 my room wasn't ready yet. So I was moved into a diffrent room that didn't seem as nice as the one I booked, but it was decided because I was by myself I didn't need a nicer room. The room was only kind of clean, there were red spots in the shower so I am hoping that was rust. There was a lot of good parking which is nice and the staff were kind so I was thankful for that. "

"The room was wonderful. The staff wasn’t as pleasant as they probably should have been. The hot tub had a chemical burn on my grandson and they did takeoff $50 in the room because of that. Overall, it was OK."

"The room and hotel were clean and our limited contact with the staff was friendly. Our room didn't look anything like the one pictured. The hotel is definitely dated, with not a lot of insulation, so we got to listen to kids crying and dogs barking most of the time we were there. The bed was very hard and we didn't get a lot of sleep. Overall, it was not a very comfortable room. We probably won't stay there again unless it's an emergency."
