"Overall this is a nice place...very clean and in a convenient location. It had working Netflix and although it was small it had the essentials. The only thing I really didn't like was the price! My friend and I had to stay somewhere with a ZERO ANIMALS policy - not just "no pets but service dogs ok" but NO ANIMALS as she is terribly allergic to animal dander. So while I'm thankful that this place was available and has such a policy, the price seemed extremely high. I paid $240 a night (this...

"Unsatisfactory Stay Due to Management, Service, and Maintenance Deficiencies My overall experience at this property was highly disappointing. The leadership from the General Manager was entirely unprofessional, and the majority of the staff members exhibited a consistently rude demeanor. The sole exception to this poor service was two female employees who were notably pleasant and professional. Furthermore, the property suffers from significant operational oversights. There is a distinct lack of...

"The property has been remodeled and improvements made that make it a comfortable place to stay. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, everything worked, and it was not noisy. I was concerned about possible noise from the road nearby, but it quieted after 9:00 pm and ear plugs were given to us. The bathroom was smallish, but not uncomfortably so. There was a microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine. It was very close to several good restaurants. Staff were very helpful. I appreciated...

"It’s about 2 steps above an hourly motel. Most of the occupants looked like individuals just getting by… with all their belongings in their vehicles and in front of the motel doors. I had to sign additional forms regarding deep fat fryers, cooking supplies, pets and daily inspections. The room we stayed in was just renovated and was nice and comfortable but they were out of soap so they gave us shampoo to wash our hands. They tried…and everything else was sold out in the area because of...
