The reception staff were very knowledgeable and informed us of a road closure for the next day so we were able to adjust our trip in advance and reduce stress. They didn’t have to do this but made us feel very welcome and we very much enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend! "

"The Natura was a good hotel, the rooms were comfortable and clean. There was ample parking and it was a short 1 km walk to the cathedral and the downtown. It was also close to roads for travelling in and out of Reykjavik"
