"I got stuck in an FAA ground stop in Seattle. I was rebooked on a flight that was supposed to land in Oakland at 9 pm, then delayed to 11, then to 2 am. I called the hotel and explained, promising to be there ASAP. I landed at 4 am and went straight to the hotel, where a man behind the desk informed me my reservation was cancelled. I tried to explain but was interrupted and given a lecture about being on time. I asked if I could still get a room, I had been traveling 23 hours. He said yes but...

"The property pictures suggest that rooms might have amenities like a Radisson or Home2Suites. They have a cooking appliance and reasonably large fridge but nothing else. No cookware, plates, silverware, glasses, etc. I paid 22.99 for 1 week of "Enhanced Internet", Most of the time the service was bouncing between nothing and 2.7 Mbps. Front desk did not help, nor did the internet help desk. After complaining about a week of almost no internet they still proceeded to charge me. No concern...

"The property was spacious and had some nice outdoor areas in which to gather and explore. The rooms themselves, while they had everything you would need, they were a little janky and outdated. They did offer breakfast which was a welcome plus."

"The property was very well kept, the room was large, it was 2 rooms in one, with two tvs for a king bedroom. I also enjoyed having access to a microwave, and mini fridge in the room, all in all one of the best hotel I’ve stayed in thus far! So close, and conveniently placed to areas such as great America, and the great mall"
