Second stay, both times have been great

Second time I have stayed here with a friend and both times have been great. Rooms are decent sized, comfortable, clean and with a nice balcony. Swimming pool and bar area are relaxed and quiet. Hotel is quiet so you can always get a good night's sleep, even if you come back late from a nightclub.

We loved staying at Ibiza Heaven Apartments and will definitely return. Our apartment was spacious and clean and the location was fab - close enough to Playa d’en Bossa and also tucked away from any street noise.

When I checked into the hotel. The hotel argued with me about not paying for 15 minutes. I finally spoke with the manager and he was very professional and showed the front desk how to do their job. I then asked for a taxi several times when it was not the original front desk that checked us in we had no problem. When it was the same person that checked us in she would not call for a taxi and we would ask someone else to call a taxi for us. I would not stay here again due to costumer service. Thank you to the manager that helped us and squared things away.

The property is bice and clean. Staff is friendly. Most speak a few languages. Our room was very quiet and clean, but the bathroom was missing hand soap by the sink. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel was located in a quiet area, but a little far from many bussling spots. Cabs are easy to acquire, through the hotel desk.

2 noites, 3 apartamentos para um grupo de 11 amigos. Boa localização, a cerca de 10 minutos a pé da zona dos bares de Playa d'en Bossa, mas já resguardado de movimentações mais barulhentas... Preço-qualidade da reserva muito adequado. Altamento recomendado, voltaria seguramente.

We did enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Bar and restaurant are very nearby, beaches only 10mins walk. Only 15min from airport. Nice swimming pool too. Loved it

Great facilities (boss Bluetooth speaker in every room!), lovely bathroom, cleaned daily. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. Great location and good pool facilities. 100% coming back!

Walked in to find cover to circuit breakers hanging off the wall, only 1 pot in the kitchen (literally, nothing else....not sure how this is a fully equipped kitchen), black marks all over the wall, and a shower with a window that is at your face level facing the hallway (people call look right at you as you are showing). They also ONLY offer a nespresso coffee maker and only give you 2 capsules, with an assumption that you will buy more from them for 2 euro/pop. We brought ground coffee and they refused to give us any option other than buying capsules from them in order to make coffee in the morning (such a TERRIBLE experience in my opinion). Even after letting them know about the circuit breaker cover, pots, and coffee frustration, they only brought a single skillet up to us and let it all go. Not sure how that helps the situation... All that being said, the place is a solid consideration for your trip. It works. If thats what you are looking for, then fair enough. But if you want to make it an apartment for the time in Ibiza, then you will be left looking for more. Like dishes. Silverware. Paper Towel. Cooking dishes, enabling you to make coffee. You know...the things that an apartment would have. Basics.

Staff was always very helpful with suggestions at all hours. Rooms were clean, nice little balcony, loved that the room keys provided to all of us was actually a wrist band that would buzz you in, somewhat like a fob. Very cool! No way of losing your hotel key. Walking distance from the beach boardwalk, supermarket, and tons of restaurants. Would definitely recommend !
