"Quarto excelente, espaçoso e confortável. Café da manhã excelente. Atrações para toda a família, bom atendimento. Deixo dois pontos em destaque para uma possível melhora futura: O estacionamento não é ruim, mas é bem apertado e poucas vagas, assim talvez tenha que deixar o carro um pouco mais longe (mas dentro da thermas), não me atrapalhou, mas fica a ressalva para futuros hóspedes. E outro ponto que esse incomodou um pouco mais é que alguns dias trazem música ao vivo na HALL DE ENTRADA onde tem um bar do local. O barulho chega bem forte até os quartos, já que a musica do hall é transmitida nos corredores."

"All communication was in Portuguese and through Expedia which delayed our ability to communicate effectively. That impacted our understanding of their policy to check in at 3pm or inform them before that time resulted in not knowing we lost our room with no refund when we arrived at 11:30pm right from airport. We called the company and language barrier was an issue, make sure to be prepared."

"5 stars place, very quiet and peaceful place, inside the forest, lots of hiking, waterfalls, horse riding and more. Very clean, organized, simple but delicious food, the staffs are lovely and work happy and hardy to make the clients satisfied. The atmosphere of this place is a quiet luxury, I hardly recommend to everyone who appreciates a comfortable but relaxed place. "
